Client Acquitted of Sexual Assault after Trial - Assault Charges Stayed by Crown
Our client was charged with Sexual Assault and 7 Counts of Assault Causing Bodily Harm against his former partner. At Trial, a thorough cross-examination of the Complainant revealed several inconsistencies in her story as well as a motivation to lie. Our client was acquitted of the Sexual Assault Charge and the Crown stayed the remaining Assault Causing Bodily Harm charges.
Client Found Not Guilty and Acquitted of Fraud Under $5000 After Trial
Our client was charged with Fraud Under $5000 after two Complainants identified him through a Police Photo Line Up as the man who had defrauded them. Our client was charged with over 25 counts of Fraud and Related charges stemming from an investigation into over ~$150,000 worth of vehicles being purchased with fraudulent identities. Crown Stay of Proceedings Mid-Jury Trial for Sexual Assault Charge
