Trust payments only. This page is only for depositing funds into our trust account — for example, a retainer your lawyer has requested. Please don't use it to pay an invoice for fees; contact us and we'll let you know how to pay your account.

How to pay into trust

    Have your details ready

    Your full name and the name of your matter or file, as provided by your lawyer.

  2. 02

    Open the secure payment page

    The button below takes you to Clio, our secure practice management and payments provider.

  3. 03

    Enter the amount and pay

    Enter the amount your lawyer asked you to deposit into trust and complete the payment.

  4. 04

    Keep your receipt

    Clio emails you a receipt. The funds are recorded in our trust account for your matter.

Before you pay

  • Only pay the amount your lawyer has asked you to deposit.
  • Credit card payments are subject to our 3% credit card disbursement.
  • If you ever receive payment instructions that seem unusual or have changed, call us at 780-229-4559 to confirm before sending any funds.
